We are fast approaching harvest time for our D'Anjou pears. It looks like we will have a wonderful crop of big, gorgeous pears!

Every November we hand wrap the most beautiful pears of this year's crop and pack up 5 pounds of them in a box that you can have sent to anyone on your holiday list. Each box contains 6 to 9 of our finest pears, individually wrapped, and nested in biodegradable foam. We enclose a greeting from you, and ripening instructions from us, so your gift will be enjoyed at its best. We only do this once a year, after the crop is in and before the pears get too fragile to ship.

The US Postal Service has a flat rate Priority Mail box that makes shipping easier for us and more economical for you.

• Boxes are $27.50, plus a shipping and handling fee of $10.50 for Priority shipping anywhere in the US. (sorry, no Canada)
• For a total of $38.00 per box.
• All orders must be received by November 15, and payment must be in the mail at that time.
• We will be shipping from November 15 to December 1.

We prefer to ship before the holiday rush really sets in, so no orders will be sent after December 15. This is so your gift arrives at its best.

You can place your order by email or snail mail, but you will have to send a check the old fashioned way by mail--I do not accept credit cards. I cannot start filling your order until I receive payment.
